** Set-up costs include unlimited spaces for an online training session with the Perinatal Institute International team.
If on-site training is required, expenses (travel, accommodation) are charged additionally.
Details of service provided
1GAP Lite:
- GAP E-learning with theoretical and practical modules
- GROW-App customised growth charts and centiles for pregnancy and birth.
- Audit functions providing automated reports of the number of SGA cases and antenatal detection rates in the practice
- An evidence based template protocol to support the use of GROW
- Ongoing helpdesk support via email and ad-hoc conference calls where required
2GAP Standard:
- Face-to-face or online interactive training for all GAP leads supported by E-learning with theoretical and practical modules
- A training pack with supporting evidence to support cascade training locally
- GROW software and helpdesk facility (GROW-App, demo, baseline, ICC, BCC, GAP-SCORE).
- Training in specific GROW software – GROW baseline, GAP-SCORE
- Protocol template of the latest evidence for surveillance, referral, investigation and management of pregnancies suspected to have fetal growth problems
- Automated reporting of SGA / FGR rates and antenatal referral, detection and false positive rates
- Biannual reports for GAP-SCORE
3GAP Plus:
- Includes full GAP Standard programme (as above)
- GROW Service API:
- a web service that links to the local maternity information system to produce the customised growth chart at the beginning of pregnancy
- auto-plots fundal height and ultrasound estimated fetal weight during pregnancy
- calculates the customised birthweight centile for each baby at birth
