The Perinatal Institute picked up the Award for Clinical Leadership at the prestigious Patient Safety Awards 2013. It was awarded in recognition of the Institute’s ground-breaking work in
‘Reducing stillbirths through improved antenatal identification of pregnancies at risk due to fetal growth problems’.
The award was presented to Professor Jason Gardosi by Jenni Middleton, Editor of Nursing Times and Alastair McLellan, Editor of the Health Service Journal (HSJ), at a ceremony addressed by Robert Francis QC and attended by over 1000 NHS staff at the Grosvenor Hotel in London.
